By using The Woodlands 411 (“the directory”), operated by Mpac Media Group, you agree to these terms.

Listings

• All listings are reviewed before publication. We may edit, decline, or remove any listing at our discretion.
• You must have the right to publish the business information, logo, and photos you submit.
• Free listings include business name, category, phone, and website.

Paid plans

• Starter ($29/month) adds a full description, logo and photos, a Google Maps / Get Directions link, and a text-link line in the newsletter.
• Featured ($49/month) adds top-of-category placement, a featured badge, homepage rotation, and a rotating newsletter sponsorship slot.
• Plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Cancel anytime from your Stripe receipt link or by contacting us — cancellation stops future charges.
• If payment fails or a subscription ends, the listing returns to the free tier. No refunds for partial months.
• Newsletter perks run on our publishing schedule; placement and timing are at our discretion.

Acceptable use

• Don't submit false, misleading, or infringing content.
• Don't scrape the directory in bulk or attempt to disrupt the service.

Listing information is provided by the businesses themselves. We review submissions but can't guarantee accuracy. The directory is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
